About Me

My passion for motorsports started at an early age, and I always tell people that racing is in my blood. I grew up driving the coolest go-kart. It was a replica of the Miller High Life Porsche 962 that raced in the 1989 IMSA season. As a young girl, I watched F1 on TV with my father and he took me and my three brothers to IndyCar and NASCAR races with him. My adult life took a different path. I attended the University of Texas in Austin and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Radio-Television-Film. After graduation, I moved to New York City and became a TV producer. I produced shows for MTV, Animal Planet, TLC, and more. My priorities and world changed when I received news that my father was diagnosed with cancer. I dropped everything and took care of him.

Before my father passed away, he told me and my three brothers he wanted us to always remember him. I didn't know what he meant at that moment. But my love for racing filled my heart again like it did when I was that little girl in the go-kart. I became so overwhelmed by the motorsports passion he gave me that I had no other choice but to fully embrace it and let it guide me.

So, I started talking about F1 and IndyCar on social media and then I was asked to join a local motorsports radio show in Austin as an F1 expert. After the radio show, I became a co-host for an IndyCar and F1 podcast which eventually led to my media accreditation for IndyCar. Once I got a taste of the professional media side of the IndyCar paddock, I knew I had found my true calling, interviewing drivers.

I wanted to challenge myself and expand my skills, so I transitioned into being a journalist covering F1 and IndyCar. After attending my first F1 race as accredited media in 2021 at the United States Grand Prix in Austin, Texas, Motorsport Network saw my passion and drive and offered me an opportunity of a lifetime to join them as a motorsport journalist from 2022 to 2024. Every time I write, do an interview, or attend a race, I can feel my father's passion inside me. His spirit motivates me every day and I feel so grateful to have the opportunity to share my love for motorsports with people all over the world.

I currently cover all motorsport series, including F1, IndyCar, and NASCAR, as a freelance motorsport journalist.
